I am writing to formally complain about Dafabet’s failure to reopen my account despite multiple attempts and compliance with their verification requests.

3. My bank account statement for address verification
I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and chat, yet they either fail to respond or keep delaying my request without any resolution. Their customer support initially acknowledged my request and assured me that my account reopening was under review. However, it has been weeks, and I still have no access to my account.
Additional Concerns:
Unresponsive Support: Despite following up several times, I have only received generic responses or no response at all.
Account Balance: My account currently holds ₹73,700, which is inaccessible due to their refusal to reopen it.
Failure to Honor Their Own Policies: Dafabet initially confirmed that upon document verification, my account would be reopened, but they have failed to honor this commitment.
Requested Resolution:
I request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and ensure Dafabet reopens my account or processes a full withdrawal of my funds. Their lack of action is causing unnecessary frustration and financial inconvenience.
