Unreasonable withdrawal delay and indefinite account audit

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:
On April 20, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.
I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."
Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."
As of today, April 24, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.
My Position:
I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.
Desired Outcome:
I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.
I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.
