Unjustified withdrawal rejection
I am submitting this complaint regarding an unjustified withdrawal rejection by Dafabet. Below are the key facts of my case:
Key Facts:
- Account registration date: November 11, 2016 (Member for over 8 years at the time of writing this complaint).
- I had funds in my account from a previous deposit made years ago, though I cannot recall the exact date.
- Until 2025, I had only placed a few sporadic bets over the past 8+ years.
- Recent deposit activity: From February 13, 2025, to February 14, 2025, I deposited a total of 1,377 EUR using USDT (ETH) through Cozeni:
- 402.29 EUR
- 402.84 EUR
- 573.83 EUR
- I placed several sports bets, resulting in a loss.
- On February 24, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 1,103 EUR to my USDT (ETH) wallet via Cozeni.
- Dafabet rejected my withdrawal and directed me to contact customer support via email.
- Customer support has been uncooperative and misleading:
- They falsely claim that my country (Hungary) is restricted, despite Hungary not being listed in their Terms & Conditions as a prohibited country. Additionally, Hungary is available as a selectable option during registration.
- When asked for clarification, support agents either pretend not to understand my question or provide generic, empty responses such as, “Our team is still working on your issue. Thanks for your patience.”
- The live chat support abruptly closes conversations without providing a resolution.
- No KYC verification requests: On their KYC page, no documents have been requested for verification.
Complaint Goal:
I am requesting Dafabet to honor my withdrawal request of 1,103 EUR, as their reasoning for withholding my funds is based on false information.

- Withdrawal rejection notification email.
- Betting statement.
- Proof that Hungary is NOT listed in their restricted countries (Terms & Conditions).
- Proof that Hungary is available as a registration option.

- Screenshots of empty responses from chat agent 2 ("Healy"), leaving me on read.
