Complaint:
Hello, I am a New Zealand customer trying to complete my account verification on Dafabet.
I have attempted several times to send my ID documents to the official documents email address, but the system keeps rejecting my messages even when there are no attachments, and even when using different email providers. It appears the issue is with the Dafabet email system, not my documents or my account.
I have also contacted Live Chat multiple times. The agents have been polite, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I am repeatedly told that the case is being “checked” or “coordinated,” but no actual progress is made, and I do not receive a working upload method.
I am simply trying to complete my verification and provide my documents through any functioning channel.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could:
Provide a working method to upload or submit my ID documents, OR
Allow my email address to send to the verification inbox successfully, OR
Have the appropriate verification team review my case directly.
I am fully willing to cooperate and just need a functional way to submit my documents.
I can provide a copy of the email error message that I received.
