I have still not got my withdrawal it has been more than 14 days and every single time they reply with the same computerised message that they are still working on it and will update me in 24 hours but nothing is being done

I have already sent you my bank statement, it is clear that I have not received my withdrawal!! You need to check the source account from which you sent the withdrawal as my bank says the amount was reversed to that account!!
