While we understand this may not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Despite providing official bank statements, bank confirmation emails, and NPCI confirmation, you continue to claim that the funds were not received on your side. Let me be absolutely clear: both my bank and NPCI have officially confirmed that the funds were successfully credited to the beneficiary account. These confirmations come from regulated banking authorities and cannot be ignored or dismissed without valid counter-evidence.
If your payments partner maintains that the funds were not received, then the issue lies entirely within your internal systems or with your payment partner, not with me. I have completed all required checks and verifications from my end and submitted all supporting documents multiple times.
I now formally request the AskGamblers Support Team to kindly look into this issue. Even after providing all official documents and proofs, Dafabet continues to deny receipt of funds. If Dafabet claims non-receipt, they should be required to provide an official confirmation document from their bank or payment partner, issued by a recognized banking authority. Only such verified documentation can be considered credible.
Without providing any official counter-proof, Dafabet’s repeated claims appear to be an attempt to escape accountability despite clear evidence proving otherwise.
I request immediate escalation, a fact-based review by AskGamblers, and decisive action based on documented proof rather than unsupported statements. This matter cannot be closed on vague claims that directly contradict verified banking confirmations.
I expect a clear, transparent, and evidence-backed response without further delay.
