Not approving withdrawal worth 150k INR

I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the handling of my withdrawal request amounting to INR 1,50,000. Despite fulfilling all verification requirements and providing all requested documents promptly, my withdrawal has still not been processed.
Details of the Issue:
1. When I raised a withdrawal request I was asked to provide PAN Card and address proof which I did as soon as they asked.
2. The submitted documents were approved both on the website’s document section and via email, as confirmed by your customer support team (attached proofs).
3. Despite this, after 2-3 days of unnecessary back-and-forth communication, my withdrawal has not been processed. To make matters worse, I am now being asked to resubmit the same documents from the start.
My Concerns:
This behavior from Dafabet is completely unacceptable. It not only reflects poorly on your platform’s professionalism but also feels like an intentional attempt to delay my rightful withdrawal.
I demand that Dafabet:
1. Process my withdrawal immediately.
2. Cease repetitive and unnecessary requests for documents that have already been approved.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to relevant regulatory authorities and consumer grievance platforms.
I have now once again submitted documents as they asked and attached the documents they asked here as well.
