Hi Respected Teams,

I have an Account Verification and my Withdrawals on pending issue with Dafabet Casino which i have been using since a long time now.
I requested for withdrawal around 14-15 times but all of them are still on Pending mode till now.
I was asked for Verification, I uploaded all the requested documents including My ID CARD Bank statement electricity Bill and Selfie with my ID card aswell but its now been more then 3 Weeks Almost 21 Days I have not got my withdrawals nor my account verified Yet.

This is a serious Delay and very serious concern as Dafabet is a reputated company worldwide and They cannot delay customers for more then 10 days but I have been delayed for more then 20 days till today.

I have contacted and tried contacting Live-Chat support of dafabet Everyday almost but it seems they dont have anything under their control to help me.
The Support team of dafabet keeps responding with messages like - I am sorry for any stress this delay has caused you.
Your experience matters to us,i deeply regret the inconvenience,
I followed up to our relevant team.
Then when they finally cannot help,They End the Chat.


The Support team are just kept as BOTS who everytime i contact them Respond back with these same messages to me.

i have uploaded my requested documents but my account verification still under review and i am short of money so please help me and process my pending withdrawals soon.

Only 1 withdrawal was sucessfully received by me on 26/12/2024 of 5035 INR.

Transaction ID - 405851136


the rest of all have been declined by dafabet i dont know how is this possible sir ?

Dear Dipak366,

Your withdrawal requests have been put on hold due to the being required to provide POA that is valid for 6 months. Kindly provide a new POA that is issued within the last 6 months please.

hi dear Dafabet sir,

i am not able to upload my bank statement as new POA in my account Page. it Says "Please try again later: Error code (DU02)."
