Dear Dafabet Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my withdrawal request of INR 32,000, which was approved on 23rd May 2025 at 00:17:15 AM IST, as per your email dated 12th June 2025. Despite the stated timeframe of 1–4 banking days (excluding weekends and holidays), I have still not received the amount in my bank account, even after more than three weeks have passed since the approval.

This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of your withdrawal processing. I have already waited beyond the maximum promised timeframe, and this issue is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update with a resolution at the earliest. If the amount has already been processed, please provide the transaction reference number and bank transfer details for further follow-up.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response soon, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to relevant financial complaint forums and consumer grievance platforms.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding serious issues with my Dafabet account (Username: champ678). Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution, I have not received any satisfactory response or update.

Details of the Issue:

1. Unjustified Manual Adjustment of ₹71,087.63:

On reviewing my account transaction history, I found a manual adjustment debited from my account on [Date visible: approx. April 2025] amounting to ₹71,087.63 (Transaction ID: 2682537888).

I never authorized this transaction. It was done without any notice, explanation, or justification.

This happened after I requested a transfer from Dafa Sports to Casino. I had not been actively betting for months before this adjustment.



2. Cancelled Withdrawal of ₹20,000 on 01/05/2025:

I submitted a valid withdrawal request for ₹20,000, which was cancelled without reason (Transaction ID: 437747913).

No explanation was provided for the cancellation, and the funds were not returned.



3. Lack of Transparency and Communication:

I have not been informed of any rule violation, nor have I been contacted regarding any investigation.

The complete lack of communication about such a large deduction is unacceptable and unprofessional.




Request for Immediate Action:

I demand a full explanation and justification for the ₹71,087.63 adjustment.

I request a reversal of the deducted amount or a prompt refund to my original deposit method.

I also seek clarification and resolution on the cancelled ₹20,000 withdrawal.


Please treat this matter with urgency and respond within 48 hours. If no satisfactory resolution is provided, I will be forced to escalate this issue to international gambling dispute forums and regulatory bodies.
