Deposit amount is not Credited

Hi Dafabet Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a deposit that has been pending for several days.

On 27/12/2025 at 12:15 PM, I made a deposit of INR 500 to my Dafabet account. However, even after 5 days, the amount has still not been credited to my account. The transaction status continues to show as “Pending”, which is causing significant inconvenience.

Below are the transaction details for your reference:
• Transaction ID: 482138606
• Deposit Amount: INR 500
• Date & Time: 27/12/2025, 12:15 PM

I have already attached the payment proof(s) clearly showing that the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. Despite this, the balance has not reflected in my Dafabet wallet.

I kindly request you to please:
1. Investigate this transaction on priority, and
2. Either credit the deposited amount to my Dafabet account at the earliest, or
3. Initiate a refund if the transaction cannot be processed.

Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required from my side. I request a prompt resolution, as the delay has already exceeded a reasonable timeframe.
