Dafabet removed 40000 balance after declining withdrawal without a valid reason

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to file a complaint against Dafabet regarding an unjust and unexplained removal of funds from my account.

Issue Summary:

1. On 18th March 2025, I successfully deposited ₹30,000 via HTPay Banking (Transaction ID: 425706106).

2. I played on Dafabet and later placed a withdrawal request of ₹40,000 on 22nd March 2025 (Transaction ID: 426281707), which was declined.

3. Just minutes later, another transaction appeared showing ₹40,000 removed from my account as "Adjustment" (Transaction ID: 426283692).

4. I never received any warning, explanation, or communication from Dafabet for this removal.

5. The funds were not returned, and my balance is now only ₹59.

A screenshot of the deposit history showing a successful ₹30,000 deposit.

A screenshot of the withdrawal attempt (declined) and adjustment removal.

Screenshot of my profile details from my Dafabet account.

I demand a clear explanation and immediate refund of ₹40,000, which was wrongly taken as an "adjustment" without consent or a valid reason.

This seems highly unprofessional and violates fair gaming and transparency principles.

I request AskGamblers to mediate and help me recover my money.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
