Dafabet is denied my withdraw and verification delay

I'm using dafabet using id < username removed >. I have initiated withdrawal for 44,290 Rs in 25/11/2025. On 30/11/2025 I got a mail saying my withdrawal was declined. On 01/12/2025 I have got a mail saying I should submit documents for verification.

After collecting my documents, I have submitted my documents on 23/12/2025. Upon enquiring about my withdrawal, they have sent a mail saying " Dear chintala" without anything else. I was shocked.

Upon asking again they have asked for proof of address documents on 26/12/2025. I have submitted them again and mailed them that I have submitted. And then there was no verification. After sending mails again, they have finally replied on 02/01/2026 with a reply "dear chintala" and nothing else. As this was a second time like this, I was really frustrated. They are sending mails with just " dear chintala" without any information.

Again after many mails, they have replied on 06/01/2026, they said that my documents were still under review. When I have asked them again on 12/01/2026, they have replied on 13/01/2026 saying " they have received my documents, but asked me to submit the documents again. This was really shocking as they were acknowledging that they have received the documents but asking me the documents again without checking them.

I have resubmitted my documents again on 13/01/2026 and expressed my frustration through mail. On 14/01/2026 they have said that my documents were under review. Today is 21/01/2026 and they still have not completed the verification or asked for any other documents. I have lost hope in dafabet customer care. They have been holding my money for more than 25 days. Please help me get my money.

Hello dafabet, after months of unresponsive mails and broken incompetent replies from you, I have taken the help of askgamblers. When complaints resolved at your end, no one wants to approach askgamblers. Thank God askgamblers exists, or else I still would be sending you mails and you will be holding on to me money and scamming me. Worst betting website I have used in my life is dafabet. If you can, be responsible and responsive to your customers. Check your rating here you will know how far you have fallen.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
