Continuously declining my withdrawal
I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with Dafabet's support team, who have consistently ignored my withdrawal requests.
Initially, my withdrawal was declined, and I was asked to submit verification documents. I promptly uploaded the requested documents, and INRKYC acknowledged receipt. However, despite this, the support team began providing inconsistent and irrelevant responses.
For example, even after clearly contacting them from my registered email address, I received a reply stating, "Please send your request from your registered email ID." This highlights the lack of attention being paid to the issue.
After persistent follow-ups, I was asked once again to submit a different set of identity proofs, which I also provided without delay. Unfortunately, the team has continued to remain unresponsive and has not provided any positive updates.
To make matters worse, my account has now been suddenly closed or suspended without any prior notice. This feels like an unfair action taken against me, especially after I complied with all verification requirements.
My funds are still blocked despite fulfilling all the necessary steps, and I feel completely helpless in this situation.
