Complaint Against Dafabet Unverified Documents and Pending Withdrawals
Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents and processing my withdrawals.
My Dafabet username is < username removed >.
On their request, I provided the following documents for KYC verification:
PAN card with a holding selfie
Aadhar card with a holding selfie
Despite submitting all required documents 8 days ago, the status remains "pending", and I have not received any response or update from Dafabet’s support team.
In addition to the verification delay, I have two withdrawals that are also stuck since the same date:
₹100,000 INR
₹198,986 INR
Dafabet’s failure to verify my documents and release my funds has caused significant stress and financial inconvenience. Their support team has been unhelpful and unresponsive during this entire period.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter urgently and to hold Dafabet accountable for the unreasonable delay and lack of transparency.
