Casino is not giving withdrawal 20000

Hi team,

I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents, thereby holding my withdrawal

On their request, I provided the following documents for KYC verification:

PAN card with a holding selfie

aadahr card holding a selfie

Despite submitting all required documents, the status remains pending, and I have not received any response or update from Dafabet’s support team.

Dafabet’s failure to verify my documents and release my funds has caused significant stress and financial inconvenience. Their support team has been unhelpful and unresponsive during this entire period.

I'm hoping you can step in and help me with this issue. I've been waiting a long time for a resolution. I have also attached proofs of communications to support my claims against the casino
