Dear Dafabet Support Team,
I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding my deposit of INR 25,000.00 made on 07/08/2025 at 11:18:46 PM IST, which has still not been credited to my account. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
Your last email dated 27/08/2025 only acknowledged the delay without providing a clear resolution or timeframe for crediting the amount. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and raises concerns about the safety of my funds.
