I deposited 31 august with paysafecard. See screenshots. Paysafecard is Instant. Money Home Instant from My Account. But balance is 0 and no Deposit Bonus also. And Nobody cares, close to one week. See Screenshot too. Chat don't help me and when I send E-Mail to Finance Team Nobody answers me. I Hope Casino Credit me The Money of Send it back to me.

We have re-investigated the case and would like to clarify that both the funds and the bonus have been successfully credited to the player's account.

The delay was caused by a technical issue on the provider’s side. Our financial department has verified and confirmed the completion of the transaction on 06/09/2024.

In light of this, we kindly ask for the complaint to be reviewed again and considered resolved.
