Corgislot casino still not processing withdrawal after 20 days

I made a small deposit and got a small win on Corgislot casino for $525 NZD and around 12 days ago I tried to withdraw. They asked me for the verification documents and I have submitted all of them already. Ever since then the withdrawal via bitcoin has been stuck on pending, and every time I have talked to their live chat they have said they will 'email me further information' yet every time I check my email I have received nothing.

This is unacceptable and I think they are stalling me at this stage, I have been more than patient waiting for this and it still has not completed, so I would like to create a complaint here to get this resolved.
