My name is Patricia and a friend told me about this site a couple of days ago. My issue is this.
The 9:th of september I signed up at Bob Casino. I was new to both bitcoin and casinos and was guided by a friend of mine. After a quick deposit a bonus was sent to me and off I was. An hour or so I had (what I consider to be ) about 3 BTC on my account.
After finishing the wager (a new concept!) a made a cashout. Two days later it was denied. I tried again but that was also denied. No email or nothing. I asked i the chat what was wrong and the explanation was quite vague. Sort of, don't worry...
The 15:th I was told to provide a selfie holding a sign "Hi Bob" and to fill in my personal info. That I did.
The 16:th I was told to upload a selfie holding a sign "Hi BobCasino 2017"
I recall asking the chat If a was to make a new cashout (the old was cancelled) or wait for the documents to be verified. If my memory isn't weak the respons was "If you like to..."
The 28:th of september my account was "temporary closed" due to "security reasons" and I was asked to skype for verification of my account. This was a stressing time. I don't remember the exact day of the skype interview but I was asked about what machine I was playing, how high my bet was and questions regarding the 9:th of september. I responded to all questions and the interview ended well. I awaited the cashout.
The 10:th of October I tried to log on but my account was closed. I wrote an email asking for an explanation and got the response that "Your account is closed permanently, without any chance to reopen and winnings was confiscated. This is the final decision."
I wrote back saying that wasn't an explanation but that's the last thing I ever heard from BOB.
I had a couple of bad weeks that autumn, wondering what I did wrong. I still got promotion emails and still do. Then I was told about AskGamblers and here I am.

My qustions are obvious. I wan't my account reopened and my winnings back.

Dear Askgamblers team, Patricia (or not Patricia) due to this complaint - our security department got doubts about
the person who played using this account, so we’ve made skype verification.
While skype call Patricia didn’t manage to answer the questions about gameplay
of this account, so she was definitely not the person who played using this account!
and according to our T&C - «Each player can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts by a player can lead to termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. The player shall not provide access to his user account or allow using the website to any third party including but not limited to minors. …» Also we involved the security department of our platform
into investigation - and they gave us the proofs that it was not the first time with Patricia and in other brands of our platform
the were some accounts with the same ip address, same sum of deposit, same games, same bets, same payment method
but other documents!

I have a withdrawal standing out allready more then 48 hours and support agent is telling me 2 days in a row that the finacial department will aprove my payment shortly. My acoount is verified, all documents are approved and I did not use bonuses for my winnings.

Bob Casino - Withdrawal of €7254.50 delayed for over a week

I have a verified account at Bob Casino and already made several withdrawals, which were usually processed within 2 days.

Now my latest withdrawals are stuck for over a week and still pending. I already contacted the support twice, but they only told me to wait and that they forwarded my request to the payment department. The payment department never replied and no one can give me an approximation of when I can expect my money.

It's a shame their support can't handle this and they are forcing me to come here and try to resolve this.

Bob Casino - Issues with cashout

I have been trying to do a cashout with Bob casino for the pass to weeks of 1500 dollars and for some reason the keep canceling my request. I have proof of the history and cashout and documents which has been approved by them. They keep saying that my withdrawal was cancel by user which I never did and or other, which when I text them, they say to try withdrawing again. Then they will say that the cashout method was not used in my region.

SInce a month Betsoft launched a new action game on BC.
To promote these games BC set up a sort of free roll tournament. with real cash prices
Each tournament has an end date,
When u play each account gets an user ID . ( once you played a game, this id-user is yours foreverytime you play the game.and so i became User 5073326

They first started out with 2 big tournaments with each 10 winners (€500 for the winner - €10 for the number 10)
It was new so i played and became 5th . so i won €40 not bad .

It's been 1 weeks ago since i won .
but i havent received any money

I contacted with support. and they said that i had to wait for a little bit.
So i waited but still nothiing.
Then came agent Logan who said that it took a week to pay the winners so he adviced me to wait again and contact them again over a week.
I waited a for a week and got back to support. and yes you can guess it .
Now they said that the problem lays at the finance team. and they will send a email with information to me when they know more.

i spoke to a few more agents and thy all gave me the same answer.

Till this day i havent received a mail nor money on my account.

i am glad i made some printscreens of the result.

Bob Casino - Waiting for weeks on a Max Quest Tournament prices

Hi I am a big fan of Bobs Casino, and it hurts me to do this.

SInce a month Betsoft launched a new action game on BC.
To promote these games BC set up a sort of free roll tournament. with real cash prices
Each tournament has an end date,
When u play each account gets an user ID . ( once you played a game, this id-user is yours foreverytime you play the game.and so i became User 4965595

They first started out with 2 big tournaments with each 10 winners (€500 for the winner - €10 for the number 10)
It was new so i played and became 9th . so i won €20 not bad .

the other tournament i did better and became third (€150)

after these big price tournaments they started to orginize the same tournaments but with smaller prices ( €150 for the winner and €5 for the nr 10.)
I won the tournament and so €150

makes a total of €320,00

It's been 3 weeks ago since i won the first tour.
but i havent received any money, instead i didnt received nothing from al the 3 tournaments.

I contacted with support. and they said that i had to wait for a little bit.
So i waited but still nothiing.

Bob Casino - Stalling on €8,000 payout for over a week

Deposited eur6200 with Mastercard one night on several deposits total. Deposited with Mastercard becuse they stated they pay winnings to Mastercard from my country, Sweden.

Won back on last deposit. Ended up 7-8000k. First I had to wait several days pending on my cashout. Then after complaining they say they cant pay out or refund to Mastercard.

They say I should use bank transfer.

Did this on wednesday 23 eur4000 max as they told me on wednesday. Accepted on thursday. Then another eur4000. They told me 5 business days wait. (its IBAN and EUR so never takes more than a day if they pay (eu regulations))

I had a feeling right from the beginning this will be stalling.

So now Im here on day 6 for bank transfer. Plus the stalling on mastercard. No money and live chat cant connect me with payout department. Not even give me a mail to them. They dont communicate with players. And no timetrame.

Bob, refund my eur6200 mastercard deposits. You can do that.

Then wire the rest.

You are not helpful at all.

Bob Casino - Blocking my account claiming self-exclusion when there is none

I hope askgamblers.com will help me to solve the problem with N1 casinos group: Bobcasino, N1casino.com, spiniacasino.com, euslot.com and betchan.com. They all set self-exclusions on my account without my permission. Or maybe their system is not safe for players and someone else operated on my accounts.

I will start from saying that last year (2018) I set limits on bobcasino till November. When my self-exclusion ended I asked to reopen my account. After a few e-mails with requests I got info that my account was active now (Nov 28, 2018). When I tried to log in a pop-up info jumped with message: "You have set self-exclusion limit etc.." and I could not log in. After a few emails they told me I had probably self-exclusons in other casinos and could not log in until they end. I denied I had no limits anymore in any of the MGA licence casinos. The bob team told me to write an official email with request to open my account. So I did. I got info back that they could not reopen my account - see attached files nr 1 and 2 with the emails with bob casino support.

What is more funny I was trying to register at other N1 casinos: N1casino (Oct 31, 2018), spinia.com (Jan 31, 2019) and euslot.com (March 20, 2019).

Each time after registration my account was blocked with information that I set self-exclusion limits which is not true. I asked for explanaitions but either got no response or short info that I have self-exclusion.

The most annoying thing is that I could play without any problems in betchan.com (N1 casinos licence) untill today (March 29, 2019). I made many deposits and withdrawals without any problem. But today I coud not log in, just saw info: "You have set self-exclusion limits..." Are they serious? Who makes self-exclusions on my account? Do they have errors in their system?

I emphasise that I HAVE NO self-exclusions at any of the MGA casinos (like casinoeuro.com, betsson.com, unibet.com and many more) and would like to know why N1 casinos blocked all my accounts?

Have a look at my last e-mail sent to bobcasino support (file nr 3) on March 21, 2019 and still without any response.

Please askgamblers help me to resolve this case with N1 casinos.

Bob Casino - Self Exclusion issues

Last tuesday (26 march 2019 ) i started playing on a couple of N1 interactive Ltd casino's (Spinia, Euslot, N1casino and Betchan). I created accounts on all of these casino's and started depositing. Whenever i deposited I already made sure i set a deposit limit (50 euro) to prevent losing too much. I know i have a gambling problem and already have self excluded myself on a lot of casino's but with this brand/license i could still open an account. While playing these casino's I found out that I was losing too much so i set a self exlusion forever (based on gambling problem) on Betchan on tuesday 19:29 pm. About an hour later I created an account on Bobcasino (also a N1 interactive Ltd casino) and to my surprise I was not self excluded or anything. I contacted support and they told me that i could deposit and i started playing again. (this was not what i suspected) The problem was that i played a LOT the upcoming days even though i was self exluded by this casino under the N1 interactive Ltd license. I lost a lot of money and made one withdrawal yesterday. Today, when i wanted to login on bobcasino (or any other casino under this license) I saw the message stating (self excluded) and i could not login. My other accounts were also self excluded on the other brands.

I directly contacted bob casino support to find out what happend( ive been playing for three days and now see my account blocked). They told me ive set a self exclusion period forever on N1 interactive limited Ltd license 3(!) days ago and was not be able to play. But i could! Why was I able to play when i deliberately asked to self exlude myself forever on this casino's license. They only blocked me until I made a small withdrawal (which they payed out) but not when I was losing a lot of money. If I was self excluded for all casino's under that license (what they told me via chat, see attachment) I shouldnt be able to play and should get a full refund of all my deposits since then. I contacted support and they told me the issue was passed on to management but this is some serious flaw in their self exclusion program.

Self exclusion because of a gambling problem is a serious thing and if the guy in livechat can tell me my account was self excluded 3 days ago i should not be able to sign up or even deposit on this site.
please help me, i think this casino has made a big mistake letting me open an account and deposit especially when i self excluded myself forever on the same license on a other site.
