Withdraw of €660 and Verification not proceed

I made a deposit on 3/12/22 and won a total of €660 which I gave to withdraw.

A few minutes later I submitted all the necessary documents for verification. A day later I asked in live chat how long it will take for the money to be in my account. The support told me the verification takes 1-3 business days and the payout another 24 hours. Ok I was happy with that.

Unfortunately nothing has happened since the day I'm still waiting for payout and verification. Since then I've contacted support and I'm constantly being put off without any real reason. They're just trying to stall me.

I don't understand why this is taking so long. I mean we are gamblers and we don't want to wait that long for the money to win. Deposit are no problem, they are available immediately without words. Numerous other casinos verify within a few hours and the payout is processed immediately. I expect from the casino that I receive my money immediately. which is due to me.

I'm asking you Askgamblers for help with this
