Have been trying to claim my funds of 882 Euros since August 8th

Dear Asgamblers! Please accept my complaint against Beemcasino. I have been trying to claim my funds of 882 Euros since August 08, but the casino is stubbornly refusing to fulfill their obligation to pay out my funds.

I'll go to the details.
On July 28, 2022, I uploaded a bank statement, a photo of my card ID, and a screenshot of my Skrill payment wallet profile to my account.

On August 08, 2022, the casino reported that my documents were successfully verified.

On the same day (08/08/2022) I placed my funds in the amount of 882 Euros for withdrawal.

September 4, 2022 at the request of the casino, I filled in the required data.

In the general access on the casino website, it is indicated that the withdrawal of funds to the Skrill payment wallet occurs "instantly".
In turn, I expect the transfer of my funds for more than 2.5 months!

Beemcasino, as a casino that has undertaken certain obligations, is obliged to respect my rights and follow its rules indicated on the site.
On October 05, I sent an official claim to the casino, the casino confirmed its receipt, but the funds were not transferred.

Attached is the correspondence with the casino.

I ask for your help in resolving the problem.
