Verification is not carried out

Hi there,

I signed up at this casino on Monday 3/21/22 and won right away. I applied for 3 payments there in the amount of 4850 euros.
Uploaded my documents for verification on the same day, but so far nothing has happened.

I am well aware that an account has to be verified and that it also takes a certain amount of time. But how long it takes is a mystery to me.

At the beginning of the live chat I was informed that verification can take up to 3 working days. This was perfectly fine with me.

Unfortunately, 6 days have passed today and the account is still not verified. Thus, the payouts are not processed.

The casino has been contacted regularly, but there is no precise answer as to when my account will finally be verified.

The documents were all uploaded in the evening of 03/21/22, but not one has been checked yet.

That's a shame, because I like the casino and I would like to continue playing here.

Even after 15 days nothing happens.
