Withdrawal suspended and KYC blocked without reason
I completed a bonus and fully met the wagering requirements on BC.Game. After trying to withdraw my balance, my withdrawal and tip permissions were suspended without any reason or message.
I then tried to submit my KYC documents — which was my first-ever KYC attempt — but the platform immediately responded that I had "reached the maximum number of KYC submission attempts," which is completely false. According to BC.Game policy, users are supposed to have 6 attempts to correct their KYC, but I wasn’t given even one chance.
Since then, I have:
Contacted email support (no reply in days)
Tried live chat, but it only shows auto-responses with no real support agent
Checked Discord and Telegram, but there's no active or helpful support
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My account is frozen, I can't tip or withdraw, my first KYC submission was blocked incorrectly, and I’ve received zero help despite multiple contact attempts.

2. A full review and explanation of why my withdrawal and tip permissions were suspended
3. Immediate resolution or escalation to management
