888 Casino - Account Verification and Withdrawal Issues
Hello,
I am writing this in regards to my account with 888 Casino with the User name: kabirkabir52 (Which has now been disabled).
I have received email asking me to get my account verified despite being an already verified account as I uploaded my documents on the 7th January, 2017 to get my account verified beforehand (Before I deposit money) to avoid and any hassles later.
I got an email from the Operations Team of 888 Casino acknowledging the completion of my documents verification on the 10th January, 2017. (I will be pasting that email below).
Upon receiving this confirmation email I deposited $20 the next day (11th January, 2017), the same got credited to my account and then I requested a withdrawal of the same amount: $20 to see how smooth and hassle free is the withdrawal process of 888 Casino.
My withdrawal request was showing as pending till the next morning but later on 12th January I wasn’t even able to login to my account (A message popped up saying that my account has been disabled) and to my surprise I received an email asking me to get my account verified (Which was already verified by the Operations Team on the 10th January, 2017).
Seeing this I had a Live chat with the support team of 888 Casino and explained the entire incident and all I got hear at the end of the chat was: “ Since you have received an email to get the account verified you will have to follow that again”. Hearing this was very disappointing and completely unexpected.
However, I have re-uploaded my documents once again to get my account re-verified.
Coming to the withdrawal part now: As mentioned above my withdrawal status was showing as pending till the morning of 12th January, 2017, later I received an email saying that my $20 have been transferred back my bankroll. I was surprised to see that email too as I never cancelled or reversed my withdrawal request.
Despite being a verified account it was disabled reasoning documents verification. Is my account disabled only because I requested a withdrawal????
I and my 3 other friends (3 others are yet to register with 888 Casino) were super excited to play Casino as I told them about the Free Play offers that I had received from 888 Casino via emails post registration.
My other 3 friends would have started with at least $100 each but since my withdrawal does not seem to be getting through yet my friends are feeling reluctant about getting themselves registered with 888 Casino.
