888 Casino - Account Temporarily Disabled and Being ignored
I set up an account with 888 casino on 5th December.
I deposited a few times and had no issues.
On a deposit of £500 through my paypal, within minutes I got bombed to the login screen.
I tried to log back in and was getting a message saying "Your account has been temporarily disabled. For immediate assistance please click here otherwise please check your email inbox or contact us directly on operations@888brands.net."
I emailed them on 5th and received an auto response. Then I heard nothing.
So on the 9th I filled in the online form requesting an update.
Then on the 9th I received a message saying:
This is the Operations Team at 888 Group of Companies. Unfortunately, the e-mail address you are writing to us from is not registered in our system. As such, I have not been able to locate your account. In order for us to review your account and to advise you further, I kindly ask you to confirm your Username, your Full Name as registered on your account, as well as the e-mail address as registered on your account. In addition to the above, please provide us with your query or concerns in your next e-mail, so that we may better assist you. Once we are in receipt of the requested details, we will be happy to assist you accordingly. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
I then replied on 9th with all of my credentials and included screenshots of the PayPal payments showing the transaction numbers so they could locate my account.
Still received nothing.
I emailed again on the 11th December chasing. No reply.
I emailed them again on the 12th December. No reply.
I then emailed them on 15th however I emailed the manager@888casino.com email address, asking them to escalate this issue. No reply.
I am rather frustrated as I have money sitting on my account and have no way of getting it back and I am being ignored.
I would like my funds refunded please.
