Hi,
So a couple of developments that have left me baffled. I joined the site in September due to an interest in the new user promotion (the bonus wheel spin). I was given a bonus and managed to get up to about £400. I wagered the required amount until it said I could withdraw the funds (£134) so I requested a withdrawal to debit card.
The process went through and I only received £20... now I did deposit £20 so that my debt card was an option to withdraw to instead of the wire transfer, however, where is all of the money?
So I went ahead and tried to log into my account and to my surprise it’s disabled. I’ve emailed customer services about my withdrawal but I’ve only discovered my account to be locked out.
I followed procedure with the wagered amount and was entitled to withdraw my remaining winnings. Yet I only receive back my deposited amount? I can’t even check if the £134 is still in my account. It’s been 2 days since i replied to their email regarding the withdrawal but apparently they can’t find my account in their system..
