888 Casino - ''Account temporarily disabled'' and no further information

Hello, although I still have 950Euro in my account it has been "temporarily Disabeld". I would like to know the reason why? I have paid in and paid out a couple of times already and never had a Problem. Can somebody please help. Also I would like to know how I can release my 950Euro? This is really a disgusting behaviour from 888 Casino and I am very dissapointed.
