Dear Askgambler I need help with my 888casino account.
I got promo-free play and could win 347 pounds. Wagering requirements were completed, I'm sure about that, I checked that in my account section.
On 12 March my account got restrictions, I sent my id and got reply from Operation team that my account was restored and verified.
On 13 march I made a minimum deposit to verify my neteller account and requested a withdrawal.
Today I got email from Operation team my account failed routine security check. So my account will remain blocked and winnings are voided.
I'd like to get explanations about this situation, I don't understand what kind of routine check can be failed if they have my passport scan. And I don't understand why nobody tried to contact me to ask additional questions if they had them.
And I'd like to get my winnings and my deposit back.
