Hi, 14 days ago I wanted to withdraw my money of $445 from 888 casino, so I submitted my ID and it got verified in period of 4-5 days after going through chat support back and fourth. So after my ID was verified on Monday 29th of April I submitted a withdrawal of $445 with the same method that I deposit, after 6 days today is already Saturday 4th of May and my withdrawal status is still “awaiting process”(with the option to reverse payment), I read the site it says only 3 days to process wire transfer but it has already been 6 days, please help.

I have received my money but there is something wrong with it, it's only $432, missing $13 dollar from my withdrawal.
Or is this some kinda bad exchange rate?
I deposit money at $1 - 4.1388 to my country currency
but withdrawn at $1 - 4.0304 to my country currency
??? i lost $13 dollar due to this, I checked the withdrawn money is actually from local bank and is not international wire transfer with USD, how does 888 casino calculate exchange rate here? it's even worst than PayPal rate at 1 - 4.0304, while I deposit with 1 - 4.1388, currently googling the exchange rate is 1 - 4.1500, how did you guys came up with this awful exchange rate to me?
