888 Casino - Withdrawal Delay Awaiting Process
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this complaint to request assistance with a delayed withdrawal at 888casino (Ontario-regulated).
I requested multiple withdrawals,
12-27-2025 - $10,000
12-27-2025 - $4,300
12-27-2025 - $4,000
12-27-2025 - $3,500
12-27-2025 - $3,900
12-27-2025 - $250
12-28-2025 - $1000
Total of $26,950 CAD, All withdrawals were requested via Interac e-Transfer.
The casino requested bank verification documents, which I provided. I was later informed that my documents were accepted and forwarded to the competent department. My account was temporarily disabled during this process but has since been reopened.
Currently, all withdrawals are showing the status “Awaiting Process.” Support has confirmed that the withdrawals are approved and being processed, and that my case is being monitored, but no funds have been received yet.
I understand that large withdrawals may take time and may be processed in batches. However, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help clarify the timeline and ensure the withdrawals are processed without unnecessary delay.
I am not accusing the casino of wrongdoing and am happy to provide any correspondence or documentation if needed.
