I was contacted on the 11th of January by the operations team asking me to verify some documents. Below is the email they sent me on that day.

This is the Operations Team at 888casino and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username Nezarat
Thank you for sending in the recently requested documents which have now successfully passed our verification process. As a result, any restrictions which may have been imposed on your account have been removed.
Many thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
I have withdrawn money afterward my times.. recently I had some winnings that I wanted to withdraw, and the following day I was contacted again by the operations team asking me to verify again, which I didn't understand but I did regardless. When I wanted to play again I was hit by a message telling me that my account has been temporarily disabled. I just don't understand why.
