I might be one of their oldest players and the old team maybe remember me pretty well.A few years ago I won a lot of money ,five figure amount, but the cashier had a huge problem and they did not pay me... so I reverse it and slowly lost it all my fault!!
Over this Christmas after many years I won 14000 dollars ,and I tried to speak to their live representative Paul P was who very busy to help me with my cashing out, even though I was first in line and he answered immediately my mail,
.HE ASKED ME TO WRITE TO VIP AS HE COULD NOT HELP AND HE DISCONNECTED.
Naturally over the holiday period ,every one was away??? BUT THE CASINO WAS OPEN. I log in again ,the money were lost no one came to ask me how I want my money to be paid, and my account officer came a few days later to offer me 500 dollar as a bonus and to say sorry, next time I should write to her and of course she would have helped me, but meanwhile I lost my nice Christmas gains.
it is upsetting that 888 had a good reputation but after this incident only people that they used to tell me how badly they were treated and I did not believe them they will saying the truth .Sorry for them as I thought I was a valuable player.

We have a dedicated VIP Support team that handles cases for VIP accounts, such as this one. That is why the agent advised that the case will be handled by the VIP team.
The member was able to request a $5,000.00 withdrawal on 23/12/2013, then cancelled the transaction less than ten minutes after.
As per the User Agreement, the members are responsible for their own actions when it comes to deposits or withdrawals. The member could have left the payment to be processed in our system, resulting in being approved within 24 hours, as there were no restrictions on the account that would stall the process.
