Hi there, I recently set up an 888 account to have a go with the free play option. After using it for a while and had completed all the wager requirements I was up £290.50, so I decided to withdraw this.
When withdrawing it it sent me an email to say I need to verify my ID, so I sent in my drivers license and nothing as seemed to happen? I’ve sent a photo in twice now and still not sign of a reply.
I also emailed customer service I believe to ask but still no reply there. Any ideas on what I can do?
