It's been more than 10 working days since I requested a withdrawal. The status of my withdrawal was transferred until yesterday. Now it's changed back to awaiting process. The casino is delaying my withdrawal of 607.55 cad. I have also requested a withdrawal of 227 few days ago I hope I don't have to wait for that too. The support team is the worst. I don't get any helpful reply from them. I have attached a screenshot of my account with this complaint to help with my situatiion. The status says awaiting process.
