888 Casino - Stalling withdrawal of £43448.82 way beyond advertised withdrawal time frames

It is with regret that I have to log a complaint here as I feel I have exhausted all means of communication with 888 with regards to my withdrawal.
I have a pending withdrawal of £13339.07 from the 14/6/2017
And another £30109.75 from July 6th which are both waiting to be processed by 888.
I was told that I will receive the withdrawal of £13339.07 @ the start of July as I have capped my withdrawal limit for June, which is fair enough as it states in their withdrawal policy. And I was told by a member support representative that the funds will be processed start of July.
So start of July comes I speak to online chat, they said I will get an update in 48 hours, however it's been 4 days now and I have had no reply, I even emailed their operations team, got an email to confirm they have received but again no reply. Their online chat seems to be constantly unavailable. So I feel I have no choice but to put in a complaint in order to get this resolved ASAP.
I want to clarify that I have been with 888 for a good few years now and never had I had any trouble with regards to my withdrawal, it is a shame that I had to resort to this as I do enjoy playing on the 888 casino. Hopefully this will get resolved soon so I can go back to playing my favourite games with them.

I would like to confirm the full amount has been transferred into my bank account today. The reason for delay is because it was such a big amount, more checks were required compared to usual. Which is 100% understandable.
As a gesture of goodwill due to the delay, they never capped my withdrawal for JULY (£30000 per month) and gave me the full amount. Thanks again and my faith in 888 casino has been restored.
