I requested a withdrawal ($4700 CAD) wire transfer on May 23 2023. Wire transfer was my only option. I got email saying it was approved and sent May 24. Great I thought. 5 days go by and I contact my bank to see if they have any tracking info on the where abouts of the wire transfers and they have nothing. I contact live support via chat and phone to 888 multiple times and I keep getting told to call my bank.
In the middle of the night June 1 I get an email saying my transfer failed and to either update my banking or reverse and keep funds in my players account. I have no idea what failed about the transfer or why it was returned because the website doesn’t allow you to look at the info you inputted.
Frustrated but at 5:40am I withdrawal the $4700 CAD again and as of today June 6 it still says awaiting process and hasn’t been approved or sent. The 888 withdrawal policy states that within 1 business day it will be approved and sent. I am now still continuing to wait for approval and then will have to wait further for the funds to arrive if they ever will.
All 888 live chat support and phone support just say to be patient. It’s extremely rude and frustrating as I have been trying to get this money since May 23.
I would like this money approved and sent asap.

Incorrect. Your policy states:
“ Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day from the date of request. During this time, you may cancel your withdrawal request from within the Cashier, and return it to your bankroll. This will allow you to play for real money without making a new deposit to your 888casino account. After one business day, the status of your withdrawal request will change to "processed" and you will no longer be able to cancel it.”
It is now business day 3 and my withdrawl is still available to reverse and says “awaiting process” and has NOT been accepted per your policy.
This needs to be processed today

I just spent 20 minutes on the phone. The service rep was saying he was talking to the supervisor. Then all of a sudden, I was told I would have to be called back when the supervisor is available. I will post back if I actually get a callback from 888
The supervisor called me back. She told me the payment is not in their system it’s the “banks” issue and I need to contact Gigadat and she hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Live chat offered zero help on this issue. A supervisor needs to contact Gigadat and myself ASAP to rectify this issue.
My email from Gigadat is attached. They have no information about this withdrawal and won’t speak to me further. I need someone to rectify this asap.
I asked them about the two transactions that seemingly failed on June 1 and were returned back to me - Gigadat has zero transaction history about those as well. This seems extremely suspicious. I need this money sent via e-transfer if wire transfer isn’t a viable option. I will be taking further steps for compliance if this isn’t rectified by the end of this week.

I was told to resubmit. I was told there was $40 fee regarding bounced back original transaction. I have submitted $4600 with new banking information for wire withdrawal yesterday morning. Now I am being asked for a bank statement with a IBAN number on it - IBAN doesn’t exist in Canada and why would my chequing account statement have the SWIFT code in it. This is just another ploy to delay my payment, being asked to provide documents that I physically can never provide. I am going to be submitting a complaint to AGCO now.

Transaction still awaiting approval. They don’t process transactions or verify documents on the weekend so I will update the status of my withdrawal Monday.

Spoke to live chat agent as well as phone agent. The support agent each time said that we don't have access to more information, we have to escalate to the appropriate department. Or the relevant department is looking into it. All verification documents have been sent multiple times. This needs to be approved and sent today.

I received an email at 11:30pm last night stating “ Thank you for sending in the recently requested documents which have now successfully passed our verification process. As a result any restrictions which may have been imposed on your account have been removed.”
Hoping this is a step in the right direction and my withdrawal is approved and sent today, as there is no other reason why it wouldn’t be.
