I recently started using 888 casino, I made several deposits and withdrawals of small sums no problem. Over the 26th and 27th of June I won a reasonable sum and made two withdrawals, one for £4000 and another for £4500. I then received an email to verify my ID at this point I uploaded my passport. I connected with 888 casino via live chat who stated account was already verified. I then received an email stating the funds would be released and an email notifying me of this would be sent yesterday. I never received notification of find release and checking the cashier online the funds are still ‘awaiting process’. I have emailed 888 customer support to update me as to why the funds have not yet been released and had no reply. I have also tried to use the 888 support live chat which conveniently is not working when I put my email in. It is clear that 888 casino are stalling releasing the funds and now avoiding contact with myself. I hope this complaint will finally encourage them to release the funds as promised.
