888 Casino - Delaying payment and verification of documents, intentionally

On the 26th of November I submitted a withdrawal for 2,000 pounds right after I had verified my account by sending ID documents and pictures of debit cards. It had not been processed until Friday. During that time I contacted the casino a few times and they were assuring me that it would be processed on the next day and they would escalate the process. On Saturday I reversed my withdrawal and made some money, so I submitted another withdrawal for 3650 pounds. On Monday I was requested a proof of money which I sent. However, since I am a university student I receive money from my father. I sent a slip of my bank statement, showing the last transaction from him. Today, on the 5th of December I was sent an email that I should provide another bank account that they could send the money to since they couldn't send it to my bank account in Bulgaria. I provided my English bank account, but I haven't heard from them since then. A few hours later I received an email that this bank slip, stating that my father is sending me money is insufficient and that I should require a bank slip of his bank account and show his income which is way beyond. I was told that the withdrawal would be processed the latest on Monday, no matter of the verification of proof of wealth. I am really angry from the experience and also afraid that this process would take forever, intentionally depriving me from my winnings.
