On Jan 2 I won a total of 238,363.75$. I immediately asked for a withdrawal for the total amount the same day. Since then, I have verified my account and gave all my bank information + SWIFT code for a wire transfer. On Jan 25, I received a withdrawal request confirmation via email, but it failed and my funds was transferred back to my account on the Feb 17. Then, on March 21, I received a new withdrawal request confirmation but 11 business days later, I still haven't received anything.

Please note that on the 5th of April I have received a new approved withdrawal confirmation, but this time I could see the method of transfer, which was wire transfer. On the 6th of April, I have already received the money.
