I opened an account with 888 casino. Everything was fine until last week. I have made several deposits without any problem however, last week, I made several small withdrawals, total of £4,700. They have processed £901. However the remaining £3,800 has not been process and this well beyond their waiting time frame as advertised on their website. I have tried to contact them several times on the phone, via their website and through email but to no avail.
I thought 888 casino provide fairly good service until now. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service with regard to this issue. The current status of my withdrawals is still "awaiting process'.
