I made a deposit with my virtual master card, but after that, I cannot enter my account anymore.
My account is locked and I have submitted all my documents last Monday (my passport and a screenshot of my credit card statement). Unfortunately, I can't log in and I also cannot make any withdrawals. It's very frustrating since I have an amount of €220 in my account.
I have uploaded my MasterCard and my passport in the cashier section on the website and also sent them to the operations team by email.
