I made a deposit with my virtual master card, but after that, I cannot enter my account anymore.

My account is locked and I have submitted all my documents last Monday (my passport and a screenshot of my credit card statement). Unfortunately, I can't log in and I also cannot make any withdrawals. It's very frustrating since I have an amount of €220 in my account.

I have uploaded my MasterCard and my passport in the cashier section on the website and also sent them to the operations team by email.

Today I received this email. I have received it earlier and uploaded the same document earlier.
I have uploaded a credit card statement again and sent it to te operations team.

Thank you so much for raising this. Kindly note that it can take up to 72 business hours for the documents to be verified by my colleagues from the Operations Department. Once the documents will be verified you will receive a confirmation on your registered e-mail address. Hopefully everything will be sorted as soon as possible.

Unfortunately the 72 hours has been passed but still no reaction.
