I submitted my withdrawal on 10th May at 2:56 AM EDT and I have submitted all the required documents. The documents were approved by the operations team. I still didn't receive the withdrawal amount.
Whenever I reach out to the support team they say that we can't do anything apart from escalating it to the appropriate team. I have requested the information on which team to contact to get my payment quicker and they don't provide any information.
888 doesn't have any reasons to delay the payment. I feel they are intentionally delaying the payment.
This is stressing me out. I would need AskGamblers help to get the issue resolved and receive the payment as soon as possible
