I submitted my withdrawal on 10th May at 2:56 AM EDT and I have submitted all the required documents. The documents were approved by the operations team. I still didn't receive the withdrawal amount.

Whenever I reach out to the support team they say that we can't do anything apart from escalating it to the appropriate team. I have requested the information on which team to contact to get my payment quicker and they don't provide any information.

888 doesn't have any reasons to delay the payment. I feel they are intentionally delaying the payment.

This is stressing me out. I would need AskGamblers help to get the issue resolved and receive the payment as soon as possible

@888casino Contacting your support team was the most useless thing to do. The support agent each time said that we don't have access to more information, we have to escalate to the appropriate department.
Your VIP team support team is little better but they also couldn't help me to resolve the issue
