They ask me for an ID and a bill or statement for a proof of address,I send them all documents but the following day they ask for a photo off the back off my driving license so I have done that and send it again immediately and I never heard back again from them and it’s been just over 6 days.I keep calling and send email to customer service I received the same response cause they are very busy at the moment and the will pass my concerns to operational team but still nothing.the problem is cause I have 6000£ blocked in my account for almost a week and I have no idea what is happening and why my account is restricted after I’ll send them all documents required proof of ID and proof of address.I have all the emails exchanged with customer’s service in witch is mentioned they must respond in 72 hours after I’ll send them the documents but that didn’t happen
