The casino previously accepted my payslip as proof of address and later requested a selfie with my ID card, stating, "Once completed we will process your pending withdrawal as soon as possible." Despite fulfilling all their verification requirements, they have now wrongfully accused me of submitting a forged document—an unfounded accusation that I strongly contest. My payslip is genuine, and I can verify its authenticity, including showing its origin if necessary.

It is evident that the casino is using this accusation as a pretext to withhold my legitimate winnings. Seizing such a substantial amount of €11,284 is both unethical and unacceptable.
