Jackpot City Casino - Not honoring a bonus as advertised for a second time in a row!
There is a saying that says "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I'm somewhat embarrassed to think that I fell for this again. The first time this casino sent me an offer via post , they did not honour it - saying that it had expired although it had not. I submitted a complaint with you - AskGamblers - and you proceeded to investigate. The matter remained unresolved due to them not responding. Well, the same thing happened again. I received a 90% match offer in the mail and once again they are not honouring it. The first email I sent to them which was replied by a rep named Callen, said that there was no such promotion. I then responded saying that I had the promotion in my hand. Once again they denied any such promotion. Actually, they ( a rep by the name of Evelyn) suggested that I am the one mistaking them for another casino. I told them no, i was not - I had the documentation in front of me and that i would send it to them. I sent it to them 3 days ago and I have heard absolutely nothing.
