I withdraw my money last April 26, 2024 but the support said it would take 24 hours take reflect, I tried to follow up with them several time and ask for the reference ID of the transaction on GCash but they didn't provide anything to me. they ask my Transaction History on my Gcash account and sent it to them. but until now I did not receive my withdrawal. I attached our email conversation.
