Non communication on verification status
Hello!
Over a week ago I won a bit of money and and have been trying to withdrawal, however I am experiencing major delays and non communication with regards to if my account is actually verified.
On Sept 2nd I submitted the following documents which are in line with what they asked for.
- ID card (front and back)
- Utility Bill (Mobile phone)
- Bank statement
- Screenshots of deposit made via e transfer
All of these were marked as approved very quickly on the same day (except the screenshots of deposit which were marked as irrelevant), however I I recieved no email confirming that I am verified or not despite all the above documents being marked as approved. I have reached out to their customer service people a few times and was told they are in review despite being marked as approved.
Also when attempting to withdrawal a few different times with varying amounts I received no email asking me to send in more documents or not - the transaction just sits there despite all the major documents on my account being marked as approved.
I have also since uploaded the following extra documents to prove my identity
- Selfie with ID + Date
- Void cheque showing bank info and address on file.
I currently have a withdrawal or C$1,500 that is pending, perhaps this is a misunderstanding but I felt the need to post here to try and get this moving along since it has been a week without any communication on my status of verifying my account.
