Good morning. My complaint is about a payment being pending since 16th january after being firstly accepted (there must be like a various accepting steps or something). First of all, I tried to make a withdraw three times before this one, all of them rejected for the need of providing additional documents (proof of deposit ticket and proof of having account on selected withdrawal method). When I finally got the last one accepted, they said then it was rejected by the withdrawal method company, and wanted me to try again. I tried again and this is the situation I am in now. Pending for 6 working days now and they only ask me for be patient, without further or deep information. I've checked on their terms and conditions that a withdrawal via e-wallet just takes12 hours. It's been 6 days.

Good morning. I'm glad to announce that the 2000€ amount has been finally deposited on my Paydo account today. What I don't know is if this has happened because of this complaint (as they didn't answer yet), or it was going to be deposited today anyway, but I'm grateful to both Askgamblers and 20bet support agents for their work.

I'd like to add one more file. An email in which Paydo support confirms that there wouldn't be any issue with an incoming withdrawal to my Paydo account, so the issue seems to come from 20bet.
