I opted into one of MrGreen's $10,000 Live Casino promotions. I completed it but didn't receive the prize money. I have been contacting MrGreen for over 15 days, and they keep delaying and saying they will email me, but I have still not gotten one. The attached photo was taken on December 28th, where they said it was "already escalated". 15 days have passed, and that "escalation" doesn't seem to be working. When am I getting the email MrGreen?
