I am still waiting on my withdrawal it’s been over two weeks.
I was able to deposit and withdraw many times with no issues, when I withdraw £1490 pounds there was a issue with verification I have provided all the documents still I am keeping being told to wait till the relevant department emails.
It’s been two weeks every time I go on online support I am told different stuff. I spent everyday there four times a day on support trying to get my withdrawal sorted because it’s very important to me I literally have no money in my bank the process has been mentally draining I am told it will be processed and I will get an email but when I go for an update the next advisor I am taking to have no idea and just still me it’s with the relevant department, if there was any issues why will they have let me deposit so many times and withdraw so many times I am withdrawing to the account I deposited it from.
It's really disappointing, pls just solve the issue and process my withdrawal.
